ChatPlay 2345 requests foreground location only when you choose Nearby Match. Coordinates are used briefly to calculate distance and are never shown to another player.

Information we process

We process account details, match results, scores, ratings, match times, friend and safety settings, direct messages, unread status, subscription status, and essential service logs.

Product analytics

We use PostHog to understand app reliability and how game features are used. Analytics may include a random device or session identifier, platform, app version, screens viewed, game and mode choices, match outcomes, invite and sharing outcomes, sign-in method and outcome, and subscription-flow status. After sign-in, analytics are linked to your account ID, including earlier activity from your anonymous identifier; signing out starts a new anonymous identifier. We do not send passwords, message content, email addresses, usernames, precise location, invite codes, or payment-card details to PostHog.

Location privacy

Opponents only see a broad range such as “within 1 km” or “within 10 km.” Global matching, AI practice, and friend games remain available without location access.

Friends and safety

Only confirmed friends can send direct messages or game invites. Blocking removes the friendship and prevents messages, invites, and future matching.

Payments

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and LemonSqueezy process purchases. We do not collect full card details.
